Cyber Square, LLC · Struck against stationary object

Employee was assigned to maintenance work on the dredge and was in the process of replacing a cable when a burr on the cable penetrated the employee's impact resistant gloves, resulting in a laceration to the hand. The employee was transported to a medical facility for treatment. The physician administered six stitches and released the employee to return to full duty.
