WORK CREW IN THE PIT WERE MOVING A QUARRY SAW WHEN THE ARM OF THE SAW STRUCK THE HIGWALL CAUSINGA PIECE OF SLATE ~10' X 8" X 4" TO DISLODGE. IT FELL AND GLANCED OF THE HARD HAT OF THE INJURED WORKER, STRIKING HIM IN THE LEFT SHOULDER, BREAKING THE SCAPULAL BONE.
