Employee was checking for a leak in a hydraulic hose when EE received a puncture in EE's right hand index finger. EE was taken to the hospital for examination of suspected oil injection to the puncture site.

While completing the bolting potion of the mining cycle a miners pinky finger was lacerated by a softball sized rock striking their hand.

Sundance Mining Group LLC · Caught in, under or between a moving and a stationary object

After drilling a 2' pin hole horizontally with a jack leg, while removing the drill steel from the hole the foot of the drill slipped and caused the machine to pivot. The tip of the miners finger was caught in the pivot point of the drill and leg. Finger required stitches. Miner has been released to full duty.

Miner felt catch in knee when rising from diner table after work. Next day felt knee catch while driving wedge with axe. Next day knee was swollen. Has had previous surgery same location from sports accident. Notified MSHA by phone on 4/3 and sent electronic report on 4/13 and have had no receipt of filing.
