3 EMPLOYEES WERE CHANGING MOTOR MNTS. BOLTS ON TOP OF SHAKER SCREEN DRIVER. 1 EMPLOYEE WAS USING A PRY BAR TO MOVE THE FLYWHEEL WHILE INJURED EMPLOYEE GUIDED THE DRIVE BELT ONTO FLYWHEEL. AS W HEEL WAS BEING MOVED, INJURED EMPLOYEE GOT TIP OF FINGER BETWEEN FLYWHEEL AND BELT.
