OPERATOR SLIPPED WHILE DISMOUNTING EQUIPMENT AND HIT THE STEPS HE WAS CLIMBING DOWN. HE DID NOT REPORT THE ACCIDENT IMMEDIATELY. HE BEGAN TO EXPERIENCE PAIN LATER AND AT THAT TIME REPORTER THE ACCIDENT.
