WHILE LIFTING SAND SCREW FOR ASSEMBLY TO SCREW AUGER HOUSING NYLON LIFTING STRAP. CAME IN CONTACT WITH SHARP METAL EDGE OF HOUSING. NYLON STRAP WAS SEVERED AND CHUTE FELL ON EE WORKING BELOW.
