Dennis A Sparks · Struck by falling object

EE WAS SPLITTING ROCK WHEN A PIECE OF ROCK BEHIND HIM FELL. THE OTHER WORKERS PRESENT WARNED HIM. AS HE TURNED AROUND THE ROCK HIT HIS LEG. HE SUFFERED A LEFT LOWER LEG FRACTURE AND WAS TRANSF ERRED TO HARRIS METHODIST FT WORTH. AT THE HOSPITAL THE DOCTOR'S ENDED UP AMPUTATING HIS LOWER LEFT LEG.
