The employee stepped into the work boat. The boat was not secured. The boat shifted, resulting in the employee twisting his right ankle and spraining it.

THE EE WAS REMOVING THE SAND TROUGH. THE SAND TROUGH WAS BEING SUPPORTED WITH A CHAIN ATTACHED TO ANGLE IRON ON THE TROUGH AND HELD BY A TRACKHOE. THE WELD ON THE ANGLE IRON BROKE. THIS CAUSED THE SAND TROUGH TO FALL AND STRIKE EE'S LEFT BIG TOE.
