3 EE WEAR MOVING A CONVEYOR FROM 1 LOCATION TO ANOTHER APPROX 500 FT AWAY THE CONVEYOR WAS CHAINED TOA LOADER BUCET AND THE LOADER WAS BACKING AND TURNING THE CONVEYOR SHIFTED TO THE DOWNHILL SIDE THE CHAIN SLIPPED CAUSING THE CONVEYOR TO HIT DOWNWARDS APPROX. 5 FT LANDING ON THE FOOT OF THE EE GUIDING IT.
