WORKING UNDER A LOADER WHEN SOME DEBRIE FELL IN HIS RIGHT EYE. HE WAS DOING REPAIRS TO THE LOADER AND WAS REACHING FOR 2 BOLTS WHEN THE DEBRIE FELL IN HIS EYES.
