July 22, 1992MI · Metal/Non-Metallaborer, blacksmith, bull gang, parts runner, roustabout, pick-up man, pitmanSLIP OR FALL OF PERSON
EMPLOYEE WERE REMOVING SIDE WALL OF STEADMAN ROLL CAGE WITH ASSISTANCE OF LOADER. SIDE WALL SWAYED WHEN LIFTED AND CLOSET EMPLOYEE JUMPED TO THE GROUND. EMPLOYEE BRUISED TOP OF HIS HEAD AND BR UISED HIS SHOULDER. HE WAS TAKEN TO HOSPITAL FOR X-RAYS AND FIRST AID. HE WAS IMMEDIATELY RELEASED WITH NO FRACTURES OR ABNORMALITIES FOUND.
