EE was tightening bolts on bucket loader, the breakover bar broke causing the EE to fall backwards. EE broke his fall on his wrist causing injury to his wrist.

Employee was pushing rock. The float on the Bulldozer was engaged. The blade rolled over a large rock, jarring the machine. Employee hit his head on interior window causing an abrasion.

Working on a belly dump trailer between the side rails, trailer started rolling and as he was exiting from under the trailer he hit his head on the side frame and lacerated his scalp.

Falling rock. Employee stood up from bent position, looked up. Hard hat rolled off of head and a rock fell from equipment and struck him on the head.

Cadlrock Mine · Over-exertion in pulling or pushing objects

The shoulder has had surgery before and has been bothering EE for some time. He felt it was too painful to work on the morning of 12/18/07. He has experienced soreness on an ongoing basis from the repetive use of his shoulder and arm.
