Employee was repairing a loadout spout. While moving the spout the employee's finger got pinched between work platform and the bottom of the spout causing a cut on left hand ring finger that required 3 stitches.

While doing maintenance on the dryer a chain fall broke loose and struck a worker in the safety glasses. The impact caused safety glasses to cut cheek and nose requiring stitches

While diver was outside the truck cleaning the mud flaps, EE noticed a turnbuckle stuck in the tail gate. EE tried to free the turnbuckle by lifting the tail gate with left hand. When the turnbuckle came free the gate shut smashing 4 fingers on the left hand.
