individual tripped and fell, hitting their left shoulder as they fell.
Worker picked up a sheet of plywood, and heard a popping in elbow, resulting in immediate pain, and could not use the arm or hand afterward.

A pickup truck wouldn't start. It was in the way for dump truck to back up. Owner of Alliance Sand told Employee to push it out of the way. EE then started to push the truck & his hand slipped off the door jam, hit the grab handle, breaking it from the force from slipping & then cut his hand on the broken piece that was still attached to the truck.
