LIFTING A SEDIMENT LADEN MAT AND TWISTING TO PLACE THE MAT IN A BUCKET. AGGRAVATED A PRE-EXISTING CONDITION. THE STRAINED LOWER LUMBAR INDICATED MARKED MUSCLE SPASM AND THERE WERE NO NEUROLOGI SIGNS BUT DIFFICULTY SITTING UP.
