THE MILL WAS JAMMED WITH ROCK. WHILE TRYING TO UNPLUG THE MILL, THE ROD SLIPPED AND HIT THE IMPACT BLADES. THIS CAUSED THE BAR TO SLAM THE EMPLOYEE'S HAND AGAINST THE MILL. NO DAMAGE RESULTED TO THE MILL, BUT THE THE EMPLOYEE RECEIVED RIGHT SECOND METACARPAL HEAD AVULSION FRACTURE WITHOUT DISLOCATION.
