A piece of metal broke off a bearing housing when employee was hammering the housing to remove the bearing. The piece of metal embedded in the left knee. A general surgeon is needed to remove the metal from the knee. This is scheduled for a later date.

According to the doctors report it would appear that there has been some inhalation of small quantities of coal dust and/or other silica containing dust. this is however, not sufficient for a diagnosis of interstitial lung disease due to occupational dust exposure.
