An employee suffered a fatal heart attack while palletizing stone.(found injury laying on the ground adjacent to 3 pallet of rock he had been palitizing. unresponsive. CPR was performed EMS service were called and continued CPR. The sheriff prounced the miner dead approx. 12:05 pm MSHA was notified 12:52 pm) by Misc Mail 4/28/09 #3.
