IN JURED WAS TARPING HIS LOAD, BENT OVER AND PICKED UP TARP - USING LEG - LIFTED TARP UP ON TOP OF PALLETS OF SAND - THEREBY CAUSING A HERNIA IN HIS GROIN AREA.
INJURED WAS MOVING A LARGE CABLE THAT HAD SOME TENSION ON IT. HE BENT DOWN AND WHILE PULLING CABLE - PULLED A MUSCLE IN HIS BACK. UNTIL THIS WEEK HIS BACK WAS JUST SORE AND THEN STARTED GETT ING MORE PAINFUL. FIRST WENT TO THE DOCTOR ON FEB. 25, 1994.
