EE STATES: LOADED IN USUAL FASHION. WENT OUT ON SHOT TO HELP. STEMMING WAS THE ONLY PHYSICIA DEMAND. IT WAS A BULK SHOT. A FEW HOURS LATER AFTER SLEEPING. I WOKE UP AND NOTICED A LUMP IN LOWER ABDOMEN AREA. SOME PAIN WAS INVOLVED. WENT TO DR AND WAS TOLD I HAD A RIGHT VENTRAL HERNIA.
EE WAS KNEELING ON CONVEYOR BELT USING A UTILITYKNIFE WHILE MAKING REPAIRS. EE WAS DRAWING KNIE TOWARDS HIMSELF, WHEN THE KNIFE SLIPPED AND CONTACTED HIS LEFT LEG.
