BUSINESS CLOSED. 13 YEAR OLD MALE TRESPASSING AFTER HOURS WAS DIGGING TUNNELS IN SANDPILE. TUNNEL COLLAPSED WHILE DIGGING RESULTING IN DEATH AT 10 PM ON OCT 9TH, 2002.

EE WAS CHANGING SAND SCREEN AND STRAINED A MUSCLE IN HIS CHEST. EE WENT 4 MTHS WITHOUT REPORTING IT TO THE OWNER. ON 8-1-01 EE REPORTED HE FELT A KNOT ON HIS CHEST. HE WAS SENT TO THE DR. AND IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT EE PULLED A TENDON.

EMP HAD BEEN FILLING THE BINS AND WAS FINISHED FOR THE DAY. PARKED THE LOADER AND WHN HE JUMPED TO GET DOWN HE ACCIDENTLY HUMG HIS FINGER ON A LATCH INSIDE THE LOADER. WAS WEARING A WEDDING RI NG AND THAT IS WHAT CAUSED THE ACCIDENT.
