THE EMPLOYEE WAS GREASING THE CONVEYOR BELT SYSTEM. HE WAS SITTING AT THE TOP OF THE CONVEYOR. ANOTHER EMPLOYEE CAME UPON THE SCENE TO DO REPAIR WORK AND TURNED ON THE CONVEYOR EE FELL 11' ONT O SOME ROCK. HE RECEIVED ABRASIONS AND TORN MUSCLES ON HIS BACK AND LEFT ARM AND EMPLOYEES SHOULD HAVE BEEN MORE CAUSTIONS.
