EE WAS RELEASING A PLATE OR GRAB CLAMP WT APPROX. 50 LBS FROM A SAND CHUTE. THE CLAMP DROPPED ABOUT 4 FEET AND LANDED ON THE EE S RIGHT FOOT CRACKING HIS BIG TOE BONE BEHIND THE A FEEL TOE. HA D EE NOT BEEN WEARING STEELTED BOOTS HIS INJURY WOULD HAVE BEEN MORE SEVERAL.
