While standing on the ground, employee was straddling the bucket lift arm while greasing the loader. While trying to lift his leg over the bucket lift arm, he lost his balance and fell, trapping his leg between the bucket lift arm and the bucket tilt arm.

MEN WERE BAGGING SAND.INJURED HAD TO MOVE 3 OR 4 BAGS OFF OF TABLE TO FLOOR.MEN STOPPED TO PUT NEW ROLL OF THREAD ON SEWING MACHINE. INJURED TOLD SUPERVISOR THAT HIS BACK HURT. SUPERVISOR TOLD INJURED TO SEE A DOCTOR.INJURED SAID HE JUST WANTED TO GO HOME.SUPERVISOR RELEASED HIM FROM BAFGGING DUTY.HE WENT TO OPERATE LOADER UNTIL 12:00 NOON.
