The employee never reported illness to supervisors. Left workplace. Later said, sick due to the heat. Requested medical excuse from the employee, so the report could be filed if applicable. Employee failed to provide to date 8/02/2023.
Chain smashed fingers on a right-left hand. The accident occurred on the ledge. EE was pulling stone. EE had fingers between the chain and the clamp. EE was flown to Augusta.
