Phillips and Jordan, Incorporated · Fall to the walkway or working surface

Driver of third party trucking company got out of vehicle after being advised by mine operator and fell alleging injuries to back. EMS was contacted. Driver was transported to Med and was evaluated. Worker is not an employee of Phillips & Jordan, Inc or the mine. Worker hired by Chocolate Covered Trucking and is an owner/operator of the truck.
