THE SERVICEMAN WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHANGING THE FUEL FILTER ON A GAS PUMP WHEN AFTER BREAKING THE FILTER LOOSE, PRESSURE IN THE GAS LINE CAUSED A SPRAY OF GASOLINE TO STRIKE THE MAN IN HIS FACE. HAD TO HAVE EYES IRRIGATED AT HOSPITAL

WHILE LOADING HOLES WITH EXPLOSIVES A ROCK ROLLED OFF THE HIWALL AND STRUCK THE EMPLOYEE, IT WAS A RAINY DAY OFF AND ON.
