WHILE MOVING THE DRILL WITH BOOM UP, IT WAS NOT LOCKED DOWN. WHEN BOOM CAME DOWN HE WAS BOUNCED AROUND INSIDE CAB, HIS HAT CAME OFF BEFORE HITTING TOP OF CAB. CUT TOP OF HEAD REQUIRING 30 STIT CHES.
