WHILE LIFTING SURVEY EQUIPMENT, EMPLOYEE FELT PAIN IN BACK. EMPLOYEE HAS BEEN WORKING LIGHT DUTY OUT OF ENGINEERING OFFICE SINCE DATE OF ACCIDENT. HE WILL BE OFF AS OF 2/3/03.
