I.NAME WAS HELP3NG REPAIR THE FINAL DRIVE ON LOADER. HE WAS ON T HE ER SIDE OF THE LOADER MOVING FROM TH BUCKET TO THE TIRE. I.NAME WAS UNAWARE THAT THE TIRE WAS RAISED OFF THE GROUND & TURNA BLE. WHEN HE JU4PED ONTO THE TIRE THE TIRE TURNED & I.NAME FELL ONTO THE BOOM OF THE LOADER.
