WHILE FEEDING THE CRUSHER A ROCK BECAME LODGED IN THE GRIZZLY. THE CRUSHER WAS SHUT DOWN AND EE REMOVED THE ROCK WITH A SPUD BAR. WHEN THE ROCK CAME LOOSE IT HAPPENED SO QUICKLY HE SLIPPED A ND FELL OVER BACKWARDS INTO SOME BOULDERS. HE SPRAINED HIS LEFT ANKLE.

FLAT ROCK STUCK IN CRUSHER FEED CHUTE. CRUSHER AND CONVEYOR WERE SHUT DOWN. HE WAS ROCKING THE BOULDER BACK AND FORTH WITH HIS FEET WHEN IT SLID. IT CAUGHT THE SOLE OF HIS BOOT AND HYPEREXTENE DEHIS RT ANKLE TO THE OUTSIDE.
