HE WAS UNDER ROCK GUARD AT CRUSHING PLANT CLEANING UP WHERE HE HAD BEEN INSTRUCTED NOT TO BE WHILE PLANT WAS RUNNING. WEIGHT FROM ROCK DRAGGED CORNER DOWN ABOUT SIX INCHES & HE HIT IT WITH RIG HT SHOULDER.
