Employee was walking up steel outdoor steps to a second floor trailer when EE tripped on the wet steps resulting in bruising their ribs.
Employee was cutting zip ties off of plate press bags using a utility knife when they cut the palm of left hand requiring 3 stiches.

Employee was attempting to place take-up bearing onto shaft then the bearing slipped and pinned miner's middle finger between concrete floor and bearing resulting in a fracture of the tip of the miner's middle finger. No surgery necessary, light duty accommodated.
