FREEMAN ROCK INC · Over-exertion (Not Elsewhere Classified)

Climbed down from control tower / jaw button house to retrieve some loose metal from the magnet. It had been sprinking rain, and foot slipped on wet surface. When reaching, lost balance, tried to catch fall with right arm which jerked from body weight and caused some sort of dislocation.

While taking break from operating the excavator, he saw a truck tailgate open and decided to close it for the truck driver. This is not part of his job description.
