WHEN EMPLOYEE REPORTED TO WORK ON WEDNESDAY, 18 MAY 88, HE SAID HIS BACK WAS BOTHERING HIM AND STED HE DID NOT KNOW WHAT CAUSED HIS BACK TO HURT. HE STATED HE WANTED TO SEE THE DR. WHICH HE DI D. UPON RETURN FROM DOCTOR'S VISIT HE STATED EVERYTHING WAS OK.
