EE was tasked with loading operations with another employee. EE attempting to traverse into a shallow excavation. The excavator teetered forward onto the floor the pit causing a jarring of the excavator. During the jarring EE braced left hand on the door frame with fingers outside of the cab. The jarring subsequently unlatched the cab door striking the exposed fingers.

PIPE HIT EMPL IN CHEST & ROLLED DOWN STOMACH. HE APPEARED TO BE OK. SUPERVISOR SENT HIM TO HOSPITAL TO GET CHECKED & WAS ADMITTED WITH FRACTURED RIBS & INTERNAL INJURIES.
LOADER OPERATOR WAS CLIMBING DOWN LADDER OF LOADER AND STEPPED IN A HOLE,AND TWISTED AND BROKE HIS RIGHT ANKLE.
