WHILE PREFORMING REPAIRS TO THE SCAPRER AND WHILE STEPPING OFF THEFENDER ONTO THE BACK BUMPER, THE VICTIM SLIPPED ON A LOOSE PART WHICH WAS LAYING ON THE BUMPER AND FELL APPROX. 4 FEET TO THE GROUND, LANDING ON HIS SIDE.
