EE REPORTED TO US MONDAY THAT HE SUSTAINED FLASH BURNS TO HIS RIGHT EYE FROM EXPOSURE TO WELDING THAT WAS BEING DONW BY ANOTHER PERSON ON FRIDAY. HE WAS INFORMED THAT THERE WAS NO WELDING DONE ON FRIDAY. THE DOCTOR REMOVED A RUST FLAKE FROM THE RIGHT EYE. EE THEN REPORTED HIS INJURY OCCURRED ON THURSDAY WHEN HE WAS GRINDING PIPE.
THE INJURY OCCURRED WHILE STACKING 100 LB BAGS ONTO A PALLET.
