WHILE EE WAS CUTTING A HOLE WITH AN ACETELINE TORCH, A PIECE OF HOT SLAG FLEW INTO HIS LEFT EAR, CAUSING RUPTURE IN EAR. EE DID NOT SEEK MEDICAL TREATMENT UNTIL 6-1-92, DUE TO NO PAIN BEING FE LT BY EE. EE RECEIVED 1 ST TREATMENT FROM EISHENOWER IMMED CARE THEN REFERRED TO EAR NOSE THROAT SPECIALIST.
