VICTIM WAS THREADING BOLTS ON DOZER TRACKS AND WAS DOWN ON HIS KNEES. WHEN HE TRIED TO STAND UP HE HEARD A POPPING SOUND THAT ORIGNATED FROM HIS KNEES. HIS KNEES THEN BEGAN TO HURT HIM.
