FEEDER MAN\S DUTY STATI ON IS ON A PLATFORM APPROX. 10 FT HIGH A STEEL LADDER IS USED TO GET OFF FROM PLRFORM. WITH PLANT SHEET DOWN FOR DINNER BREAK EMPLOYEE APPRARENTLY LOST HIS BALANCE WHILE DISMOUNTNG & FELL OFF
