SECTION 001 #3 RIGHT #1 MAIN ENTRY-THERE WAS A HIDDEN SLIP IN ROOF. THE FALL WAS APPROX. 20\ LONG AND AVERAGE OF 36" HIGH THE BOLTS WHERE NOT LONG ENOUGH TO GO THRU TO MAIN ROOF. THE AREA WAS MINED ABOUT 6 MONTHS BEFORE IT FELL.
