EMPLOYEE WAS IN THE PROCESS OF PULLING STEEL OUT OF A HOLE. STEEL HUNG UP IN MACHINE. EMPLOYEE TOOK A PIPE WRENCH WITH A BROKEN HANDLE TO TAP IT BACK IN LINE. HE INADVERTENTLY PLACED HIS FINGE R BETWEEN THE HANDLE AND UPPER JAW EXTENSION. WHEN HE STRUCK THE STEEL HE BROKE HIS FINGER.
