WHILE WORKING ON BOLT STEPPED ON A SPOT ON TOOL BOX WHERE WD-40 HAD LEAK ED, SLIPPED AND FELL TO THE GROUND BREAKING HIS LEFT ARM. DIDN'T THICK HE WAS HURT TO BAD SO HE WORKED REST OF MON., TUE AND FINALLY WENT TO DR.ON THURSDAY WHERE HE WAS INFORMED HIS ARM FRACT

EE STRAINED HIS BACK WHILE PUTTING THE TIRE BACK ON THE VME L320 LOADER. WE WERE PUTTING NEW SEALS IN THE HUB. OTHER WAS RUNNING THE CRANE, OTHER WAS DIRECTING AND HELPING PUT THE TIRE ON. THE TIRE WAS MOVING OUT OF LINE SO HE PULLED IT AROUND SO IT WOULD LINE UP, HE HURT HIS BACK.
