INJURED SUBJECT WORKING WITH PORTION OF CATWALK TURNED UP. CO-WORKER BEGAN TO ASCEND LADDER UNDER CATWALK. LADDER STRUCK CATWALK CAUSING IT TO FALL & STRIKE VICTIM, KNOCKING HARD HAT OFF HIS HEAD & LACERATING HIS FOREHEAD.
