SO WENT TO ORE DUMP TO HAUL ORE, SEING NO BERM & VERTICAL BANK CAUS BY LOADER REMOV3NG DURING NITE. WENT AND TOLD DRIVERS OF CHANGE THAT THERE WAS NO BERM OUT IN FRONT WOULD GET CAT TO PUCH OVER . MR CARLSON DID NOT FOLLOW ORDERS AND BACK HIS TRK 200 FT STRAI
