Freegold Recovery U.S.A. · Fall down stairs

Employee says he fell down wet steps at ball mill in early August. Witness listed is not known to have worked at mine. EE did not report accident to his supervisor and none of his co-workers are aware that he fell down stairs. Reported to comp. management 9-5-08 by handing letter to another EE to pass on. Freegold is denying claim of injury thru Workers Comp.
