EE was unloading a pallet of parts pallet started to shift employee put hand behind pallet to steady it pallet shifted pinching employee's right index finger.

EE was attempting to remove hammer hose from a hydraulic hammer. Though the pressure had been released but as he was removing hose blew off and struck saftey glasses. Minor cut under eye but further exam revealed fracture on bone.
