THE CRUSHER CREW WAS LIFTING FEEDER SPRING SUPPORTS WITH A CABLE COME-ALONG. THE OBJECT BECAME STUCK, AND EE TRIED TO FREE IT. THE RIGGING SLIPPED, AND THE METAL FELL STRIKING EE'S RIGHT LEG A ND ARM. EE RECEIVED A RIGHT LEG AND ARM CONTUSION. HE WAS TOLD TO ELEVATE LEG AND USE ICE PACKS.

EE WAS TRYING TO READ THE HOUR METER & COULD NOT SEE THROUGH THE SIDE WINDOW BECAUSE OF MUD. HE THEN STEPPED OUT ONTO TO THE TIRE TO GET A DIRECT LOOK AT THE METER. HIS FOOT SLIPPED OFF THE TI RE & HE LANDED ON HIS BACK ON THE ROADWAY.

THE SEAT IN THE TRUCK WAS LOOSE LETTING THE SEAT GO BACK AND FROTH IRRITATING THE EMPLOYEE'S BACK.HE WAS UNDER TREAMENT TO LESSEN THE PAIN FOR THE NEXT WEEK.

EMPLOYEE WAS CUTTING BOLTS ON THE SCREEN DECK WITH A CUTTING TORCH.HE HELD THE TORCH TO THE SIDE WHILE HAMMERING THE BOLT THROUGH.THE TORCH SHIFTED AND CAME IN CONTACT WITH HIS LEFT BOOT.NO SI GNS OF DAMAGE TO THE BOOTBUT EXTREME HEAT BURNT HIS ANKLE.

EE WAS LOADING THE BLAST PATTERN ON THE EAST, SLOPE OF THE LOWER MAIN PIT. THE PRELL BULB TRUCK WAS LEANING ON THE SLOPE AND WHEN THE OPERATOR SWUNG THE BOOM AROUND TO THE OTHER SIDE OF THE TR UCK, THE HYDRAULICS WOULD NOT HOLD AND THE BOOM SWUNG AROUND AND HIT HIS ON THE HEAD.

EMPLOYEE FINISHED A ROUTINE GENERATOR CHECK AND WAS WALKING TO THE FUEL POINT WHEN HE FELL INTO A WATER CONTROL CULVERT. IN TRYING TO CATCH HIMSELF FROM THE FALL HE STRAINED BOTH ARMS AND SHOU LDERS.
