VICTIM WAS WORKING INSIDE A FROZEN SOLUTION TANK BREAKING UP ICE. VICTIM SLIPPED ON THE ICE AND SOLUTION ENTERED OVER THE TOP OF HIS RUBBER MILL BOTTS. THERE WAS LAYER OF LIME IN THE BOTTOM OF THE TANK.
